The Role:
You will be responsible for the efficient and friendly operation of the front of house, supervision of the salon team while coordinating the clients visit to the salons in a warm and professional manner.

Be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of the role
Have high standards in relation to being the first point of contact and the first impression of the salon for new and existing clients
Strive to ensure that our clients receive a consistently excellent service during every visit
Be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team alike
Take pride in their appearance and presentation appropriate for Front of House in a salon
Have cash management experience
Be actively involved in achieving and motivating the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets
Have a genuine interest in business goals and the beauty/fashion industry
Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in our retail products
Thrive on working under pressure
Be computer literate
